The best way is keeping the original

I have two brothers in my family, my father was passed by long time ago, my mother is eighty four years old, her health is quite good, she lives in fourth floor without the lift, everyday she is holding the stairs to comes and down many times by her own. But we found her mind is not shape since this year, as her age we understand the case, just keep it as the kid to her.
Normally when the birthday for each members of family we would like to send the regards by SMS or messages of wechat for the celebration, we have never forgotten to show our loves at the day each other, sometime I would like remind my mother in one or two days early by set phone for my two brothers. This Jan 18 is the birthday of one of my brother, my mother called me at Jan 15 at the early morning, She said today was your brother’s birthday, don’t forget sent messages to him, She was reminding me this year I was surprised, no, not today, I said, but she insisted to say, yes it is the day, I hesitated to say, ok I will send my best wishes instead of her to him right now.
I praised her and encourage she is great to know the birthday of my brother, even two days early, I don’t want to tell her the truth, as we know all the old man or women, they don’t want to accept their getting old physically, so they are so sensitive to have such reaction when they are doing wrongly, the best way is keeping the original, let them happy to enjoy every moment as they can. I think this is the good way to show our loves for old generations.

Relationship with supervisor.

These days, I'm so upset, not only there are so many things on hand waiting for handling, but there are several reports needing to complete by Wednesday. Sometimes, I would like to yell at my supervisor due to his stupid words or actions. But, I knew I didn't do this at any moment, I should give his face especially in front of others. To be frank, my supervisor is not a bad guy except his short temper. We all knew that it's his nature not easy to change. But, in a certain situation, we couldn't help arguing with him in indoor regarding some tasks assign including myself. Especially when he speaks out in front of you trying to express his opinion that it's not correct, you hard to calm down to hear what he actually wants to express even he take as supervisor role. I have experienced these many times so that I have accustomed to this.
I knew I should make a change at such times, at least I should reduce the confliction times with him. After all, he is my supervisor, now that I couldn't gain face for him, at least I should keep face to him.

The Preciousness of Harmony

One day, six brothers of Jane’s family got reunited; they were each talked about their own ambitions.

Number one reckoned, in one’s life time wealth is the most important. However, number two thought “reputation” and number three chose “authority”.

After listening to these, number four disapproved of his three brother’s ideas, he deemed:” Having money which you do not know how to utilize it, then you only a miser; gained reputation but you cannot help people, it is meaningless; the one who owns power could always caused jealousness. So I think I would rather be “prominent”. If one can has outstanding performance in the society, he would certainly be distinguished and respected.

Summed up their aspirations, number five uttered: “Money, Reputation, Power and remarkable performance, these all are not the supreme life’s achievements nor it meant you could be succeed. So I want to be “successful”. In one’s life time only the brilliant career which can cheer our children and grandchildren up, certainly lure friends to its shores and even the society treat us with great respect. It is the real success.

Number six remained silent until the last minute he said: “I hope in the future I could be one of the “harmonious members” in our family, if any of you involved in money issue, I am able to intercede with the disputation. If some of you were slander, I can deal with defence. Number three is too powerful who may easily build up enemies, I am capable of helping him to tackle the problems; number four is pretty excellent, I might help him with propaganda which can make him gain more popularity; number five is the most gratify, but I do not have any other competence to make him better, so I can only follow his success as well as to express my support to him.
